I came across this recently. Is this desirable toning to some collectors? I know some toning like rainbow is highly sought after. The coin and toning are very shiny, and look much better in person. Thanks for the feedback.
Some people go nuts for it. I don't mind toning on silver, but not on modern stuff. That looks like it was in a book for many years. Looks good.
There is a market for toned silver. Some folks are crazy about it, others are picky. Depending on the date, mint mark, year and type of coin or bullion is what will determine the price. Yours would bring a small premium.
