1964 Kennedy Heavily Accented Hair?

I've had this coin for awhile, found it CRH. Pulled it out of a tube of other 1964 Kennedys and researched it a bit. I'm asking for help because the "broken rays" and "no serif on G" on reverse seem to match. Not so sure about the "heavily accented hair" and "missing serif at bottom left on letter I" on obverse. I appreciate any help. @vintagemintage ???
