Posted this elsewhere and it was suggested I try posting within the Error Coins portion of the board (duh on me!). Hoping for some feedback from the group in regards to this 1964 dime I came across while roll searching. While I don't take the best photos, I feel this picture is representative of what I'm questioning. Specifically, between the "S" and "T" in "STATES" up until the middle of the "M" in "AMERICA", the coin in hand is silver-white on the reverse, while the rest of the reverse is a dull-grey. The obverse of the coin is silver-white. Is this PMD in your opinion, or is this a lamination error? Thanking you all in advance for any feedback!
