I was thinking about picking one these up for my kennedy set but after doing some research some are really over priced for ones in bad condition. What do you think would be a good price for one in fair condition. I really don't want to over spend. Thanks for your input.

Are you referring to MS or PF?

As asked, I believe your question is far too vague for anyone to give a meaningful answer.

If it's not certified and designated by one of the top two, don't buy it.

In the CPG, it would be listed as FS-102. Supposedly, it is hard to find in grades of MS66 or better. An MS65 specimen shouldn't be too expensive. What prices did the ones in "bad condition" have on them?

I sold about 15 raw uncs about 6 months ago. They brought $25-$40 each on eBay.

So raw AU is the "bad condition" and MS the "fair"?

A quick scan through CONECA shows they list 38 DDOs for the 64-P, and this is a different variety than the one cpm9ball was talking about. Is this the DDO you're looking for?

Most of the raw "bad condition" ones were listed as AU but they were certainly not. And when I said: "What do you think would be a good price for one in fair condition?" I mean't MS . Sorry for not being more clear on grades,I am fairly new to the grading system. I eventually want to complete a kennedy set and know I HAVE to get my hands on a 1964 DDO. I was just trying to find one for the best price.(preferably slabbed)
