Hi there, 2 Washington Quarters (1964-d) here. Set of first pictures is coin #1. I believe this to be an RPM004 D/D South. Coin #2 appears to possibly be machine doubling or just wear on the "D" mintmark, but I wanted to check with the pros on this one. I would like help verifying this and possibly giving me a population/price range for these coins (if indeed they are really RPMs). All help is GREATLY appreciated as usual. THANKS IN ADVANCE! I don't think its an RPM as much as I think its machine doubling. But I admitedly know little about these particular RPM's.
