1964-D Washington Quarter DDO or RPM?

I am moving and found a 10 unopened 1964-D quarter and this is one I forgot I had
I think the motto is doubled and not real sure what Rpm the mint mark is?

Don't see either. Sweet looking coin though.

 

I see the DDO very easy. Specially because the letters are no doubleD to the same direction to make you believe in a Double Strike.

 

All die deterioration doubling on the MM distorded images and doubling on both sides of the letters a clear indication of die wear no RPM and NO doubled die in my eyes.

I have come across many quarters with this amount of DDD on it especially on the motto with extreme examples.
