1964 D nickel, would this be considered as full steps?

    So i came across this nickel in a roll of nickels from the bank, i ended up getting an box and so far i came across this pretty stinker, would this be worth grading? ITS NOT AN D

    What does make this coin interesting is that it was probably struck in 1964 as opposed to after. By 1967, even the high grade nickels lacked any step detail.
