1964 D metal defect

    I can't get over this 1964 D penny it will not turn brown I've done everything possible to make it turn brown it will stay rainbow in smooth wrong planchet wrong mixture of metals something's wrong it doesn't look like any other Copper Penny I have any ideas thanks

    Copper turns all kinds of different colors. Over time, most will turn brown.
