1964-D Kennedy Half Lamination on both sides.

    This one goes out to @DysfunctionalVeteran as he seems to like these errors. It's not on a Morgan so I'm sorry. But it is on a larger coin though..

    There is a small detached lamination between the 1 and 9 in the date on the obverse and on the reverse it's pretty obvious. Also on the reverse above the arrow heads there is a fissure that had started to just slightly open where the metal is slightly raised. It's a pretty cool coin.

    I wouldn't have even seen the one on the obverse unless you pointed it out. I would have just called it a contact mark and moved on.

    The reverse lamination is pretty cool, even if it is only a small one.

    Yeah, the one on the obverse is pretty small. I thought it was a contact mark at first, but it just did not look correct. There was no displaced metal like I thought there would be. It could be a strike through as well, still not completely sure.
