1963P Quarter DDR (FS-801)??

    I found this quarter in a uncirculated roll of 1963 quarters. It appears to be a DDR fs801 but I'm not sure. If you guys can give me your opinion on this coin it would be greatly appreciated. I've seen some in higher grades that go for decent money. Would this be a coin worth grading if it turns out to be a DDR? Thank you . I also apologise for the quality of the pictures.
