I'm trying to gain some experience grading Franklins and want to see how off or on I am. I am giving the coin pictured MS61 or MS 62. I appreciate any thoughts to help me know if I am on the right track, thanks.

Is it primarily lack of luster or is it nicks/scratches causing it to be AU?

I avoid coins like yours ... dull and lifeless.
    I immediately think "dipped".
