    PR 66 I don't see much Cameo but photo's can hide some details.

    Not sure how a 67 with the spots. I have folks here tell me they kill Kennedy's grades...

    Lint on holder I think that what spots you and I can see. PR 67 with spots would be PR60- 64 @ best.

    Spot by the chin and left of the 1964....don't look like lint. Spots are common on this era of coins so I do not see them as huge deal and apparently neither does NGC, congrats on the 67!

    Why would spots effect the grade? Do they damage the surface of the coin? I thought any naturally occurring discoloration was fine, as long as the coin was not damaged?

    It's also possible the spots starting showing after being graded.
