1963 P lincoln cent has me perplexed

    Disclaimer. I cannot take pictures of the whole coin without an act of God but I can share the key points of my interest. Thanks in advance. I have looked for a visual reference that would validate or disprove my query. Please assist this old man. My question is mostly about the chin and lips or lincoln. Is that common Hub doubling? And is the Reverse at the base of the lincoln monument Hub Doubling as well?
