1963 Lincoln Cent tolerance

    I’m puzzled on this 63. I know there is a tolerance. This one weighs 3.23 g. I tested scale with weight test.

    The tolerance allows up to 3.24, the metal sheet for the blanks to be punched from was rolled a little thicker than normal.
