    64RD, but if the luster is strong enough it could be 65.

    Too many marks on the head and shoulder for 65 I think.

    64 RD is more likely

    I know next to nothing about coin grading but I'll guess MS60 because of some rubbing above the eye, on the cheek, and maybe on the shoulder, and the marks/scratches previously mentioned by others.

    It is the color designation for Red. So on the slab it will have the grade MS-64 RD. Or RB for Red brown or BN for brown.

    Original (red) > some originality (red/brown) > brown

    In terms of value red is the most valuable then red brown then brown. However I find high grade brown examples more attractive than red, just personal preference really.
