How's everyone doing? I'm new to the forum and thought I'd jump right in. I've had this particular coin for several years. I didn't think it was different from the other franklin's I have until I really looked at it.

Alright, I could find a way to take a pic. My digital camera is old, soooo...
I photoshopped an image for reference until I get my hands on a good cam. Bear with me.

Slightly off-center 1-2 % and rotated die 5-10 degrees. I don`t know the value of these things, maybe an error specialist here can help further. Usually the rotated
die has to be more than this to be of interest. Slightly off center on a smaller coin,
interest would be nil. The fact that it is a proof half, it might have some interest
    to an error specialist.

This might be more of a case of mis-aligned dies.
I defer the the error specialists here.
