I looked at the back of the coin and seen that there was a line going through the house, and a few of the columns are not straight.
That's not a line, it's a gouge and it occurred after it left the Mint. It's known as PMD or Post Mint Damage. Welcome to CT.
Odd that this is a 1963-D, at least to me. It's 56 years old. Two days ago I received one in change. Today while at my local grocery store I found another one in the store. I live in Pennsylvania so I find it strange that after 56 years I get not one but 2 D Mint Cents from the same year this far from the Denver Mint.
