Wow that's impressive I need to send in all my trash coins, maybe I can get some 63 or 64 so I can sell the junk on ebay. LOL Dave
haha no not even close. But I really am trying to figure out how it got a cac sticker. I think I'm going to call BS on CAC for this one. And remember kids don't bid when your having your afternoon cocktails, lol.
To be honest I do recall a thread or two on CT that said there where some counterfeit stickers going around. With that being said I'm not implying that yours is.LOL Dave
it probably is. im gonna take it to the coin show in Philly, in aug. and see if I can do something with it. door stopper, drink coaster, idk.
cool. it looks pretty real so far, but I had three coin dealers here in NJ look at it, because I really cant believe I bid and won this thing, and just short of laughing at it, they wouldn't touch it. One guy couldn't believe pcgs graded it a ms65, but they all agreed the case was legit and the bean.
I don't understand why everyone is having a problem with this coin. I can see full luster, no wear, minimal/no bag marks, and a coin that warrants a 65. The CAC is probably a reflection of the coin's condition, and if it didn't have unattractive toning would probably be a 66. You probably grabbed it for $10 (or less) plus shipping.
checked it but they show no pic and neither does pcgs. still haven't seen anyone say what they think its worth yet? I'm really curious to see what experienced coin guys think.
If you right click those thumb nail images a drop down menu will come up. Open the pic in a new tab and it will be full size and maybe even have zoom functions. I was hoping for a reverse photo also.
