    In order to determine what you have it would be helpful if you posted clear photos of both sides of the entire coin, and clear closeups of the areas in question. Thank you. I can't tell anything from the photos you posted.

    It looks like circulation damage on the "6" to me. ~ Chris

    Hard to be certain from the pics, but it looks like both the 3 and mm are affected. Since the mm was added after the die was made, if you see both doubled, it usually MD. Plus in this case, the doubling looks flat and shelf like
