Yes, all along the profile of Lincoln. I don't have any photos to show you for comparison but have many examples here. I've gone through hundreds of solid date rolls of this date and have seen it in most rolls. Seems to have been a common problem with 62-64 cents. After those dates very random if at all.
I've little doubt of your expertise Sir. I was opining and being my usual smarty flippant self. I always get corrected for specificity is where that originates.
No, not an expert really, just years of working with cents and my observations over the years. Sometimes I goof on the terminology also. Some say machine doubling or mechanical doubling or ejection doubling. It's kind of a potato/potatoe thing.
