Welcome to the fun. It would have to come back a 66 or better to just cover the grading fees. I'll guess your coin is in the 64 to 66 range. Your images are good but better ones will get you better guesses on the grade.
When it comes to submitting a coin, the first thing you must do is ask yourself "why". The fact is the TPGs have done an excellent job making people, particularly the new, think that their services are a necessity when, in fact, the vast majority of perfectly collectible coins out there have no business residing in third party plastic, period (and this includes many already in it). Submitting a coin MUST add something of "value" to it. This isn't an additional "worth" of the coin itself, but can be anything from increased liquidity, to independently verified authenticity, and everything in between. If third party plastic will not add such "value" equal to or greater than the cost of the trip, then it's a waste of both money and time. You also must realize that submitting coins is really nothing more than a game. Play it well and you can be rewarded, but play poorly and you can be forever buried in a coin. The TPGs are not the collector's friend. They do not exist to benefit the hobby or your coins. They're for-profit businesses more than happy to remove money from your pocket, and all while offering nothing in return. Take it slow and learn as you go. If ever you've a coin you're serious about possibly submitting, please do share with the board or at least have genuinely experienced eyes screen for you prior to doing so. You'll get the hang of it... and welcome to the forum!
