1963 D/D RPM Washington Quarter? Does this Exist? Photos included in post.

Hi CoinTalkers,

So imagine my surprise when, upon perusing some bullion coins at a local coin shop I stumbled upon this quarter. The mintmark's state is noticeable with the naked eye at a foot away. I put it up for auction, sort of pleading ignorance, but would love to be able to update the auction with some more info on whatever this is- machine doubling, RPM, whatever; I didn't see this listed as a variety on PCGS coinfacts, but I don't know that that's the end-all-be-all. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
