Hi everyone, I was trying to determine how many 1963 $2 Specimen notes have been graded at PCGS Currency? I only have access to the PMG pop reports, and they have certified only 2, both graded Almost New 58s. So I think I may have one of the finest know, but not sure how many pcgs has graded. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

    Thanks!

    Fantastic note.
I am not a PCGS member, so I'm also unable to access the pop report.

You have a very valuable note, my friend. I don't have access to PCGS reports either, but the 1963A $2 specimen in 58 EPQ sold for $3,450.

Considering yours is graded 65PPQ, you could get $5,000+ if you the right buyer finds the listing. If it were the only one of its kind, you could get to $7,500 or more... but because there's now multiple notes available, I've revised that down to $5,000.

It's possible to get less in an auction setting... even less than what the 58 sold for. It all depends on finding two or more interested buyers to get a bidding war going.

Either way, you have a fantastic note. May I ask how you came upon it?

That note is the only one.

Yep, yours is the only one PCGS has seen... I think $5,000++ seems reasonable...

    Great note!
