1962 P Nickel - need help identifying error

    Evening, all. Just found a weird one, not even sure to guess what it may be - tripling? It affects the text all the way around on obverse AND reverse and to a lesser extent on Jefferson and Monticello. Makes it look almost feathered. Thoughts?

    Severe Die Deterioration doubling. Considered worthless doubling.

    It's not a doubled die nor tripled die variety.
