1962 Nickle D over S

    That isn't a D over S, It is die deterioration.
    Use it for reference if you want to keep it.
    Honestly it is just a spender.

    As stated and per the answers in your identical other thread, that is not a D over S. The radial flow lines tell you all you need to, it is struck from an over used deteriorated die. The consensus of answers will not change with repeated postings. If you are unable to accept it and have a pocketful of disposable income then feel free to pay for attribution. If you do, then please post the results

    Not a D/S, just use a worn die and you’ll get the same results over and over.

    There were no S minted nickels in 1962. So how could the D be placed over a nonexistent S ?
