No. Coins need to be worth around $200 to offset the high cost of grading. Your coin is damaged and worth a nickel.
Other than the discoloration from environmental damage, and general circulation hits/scratches someone stamped (aka heavy damage) "DB" on it at some point for unknown reasons.
Damaged as @Michael K stated. Somebody used a counter-punch to emblazon their initials or something or other of personal significance onto the obverse. In the end, numismatically that equates to damaged.
