1962 Franklin PF Rotated Reverse

    Just started my Franklin UNC Set and bought an extra Dansco page for the proofs. Started the proofs with a 1962 proof. There is about a 10% rotated reverse. Grant it that pictures will not be needed, I just want to know if it adds a premium, if any.

    Normally rotations need to be 15 degrees or more to add value. Proofs could be different though.

    I have seen a few slightly rotated. They did not seem to carry any premium. I
