1962 D lincoln sticks out, indentedin back, smaller planchet from other 1962D 1962

    It could be a buckled coin possibly caused by excessive ram pressure.
    I had a farthing coin that show this type of abnormality.
    Not an error with any value added to the coin. IMO.
