1962-D Franklin Half Dollar RPM?

    Hi, I wanted to know if this is an RPM and if it is which one is it? I have searched but I'm not sure which one it is if any. Thanks!:)

    you see how the D is cut into on the top where it looks doubled? that is a clear sign of MD.

    It dosent look like a re-punched mint mark...riff is right MDD. If it was an RPM it would be too minor to be considered.
