    Okay, here's another stab at explaining what is getting under my skin about these kinds of posts. I'm going to use the academic model. Errors and varieties are like a 300-level course from the catalog, and we have brand new freshmen signing up for it. There are 100-level and 200-level prerequisites to cover first.
