I have a 1962 B Swiss 10 rappen coin with a pretty clear cracked planchet mark, but want some outside opinions from people who know coins a bit better than I do.Its on the obverse side, beginning on the top left, between the A and T, and continues down through the head, behind the ear, and looks to disappear at the ribbon on her hair after curving slightly left.

Tim, it's hard to say what it is. I'd need a better close-up. I don't think it would be a cracked planchet because it doesn't go through to the reverse. It could be a radial die crack, but it looks as though it is recessed rather than raised. If it is recessed, then I would guess that it is post-mint damage (PMD).

From what I can see its not a die crack or cracked. Its either a deep scratch or a struck through (insert what here)
