Hope everyone is having a good day. I came across this 1962 in an estate sale with other coins purchased. First pic was taken off PCGS site and as discription reads full steps. Pics that follow are of coin from estate and really confused when I try to compare. Does coin I have qualify? Last pic I took at angle in attempt to show the separation and hope it helps.
    Thanks for the help

That’s a proof coin. They’re minted more carefully and full steps are the normal on them.

I'm sorry forgot to mention it is a proof. I wanted to ask if these are what qualify for full steps because PCGS coin wasn't the best quality and I am not even a novice. So I can use the proof as an example of what to look for in circulated coins? Thank you

Mint state steps don’t hold up that well. If you find mint state steps that look like that, they’re definitely full.
