1961 Roosevelt dime

I am not good with identifying doubling, but this one seems possible on the IGWT and date. Probably just a well struck coin. Help?

It's just Die Deterioration doubling.
That falls under the Worthless doubling category.
Nothing to do with a true Doubled Die variety.

You can see the Striations on the field. That's caused by a worn die.
