Photos are a bit hard to get but this is a cloudy day and these are cell shots and not juiced at all. Im curious what others think.
That seems fairly common among 1960s Franklins. There was something in the chemistry of the coins and the little cardboard insert that caused extreme toning. The nickels would all turn blue, the pennies would turn a very light color... and the silver coins would vary from orange to blue to purple. That said... the dime looks off.
I don't feel the toning on the dime is off based on the color of the other coins in the set. Just my opinion though.
I saw sets like that for sale from someone who stored them in their FL garage. Can't say whether it's AT/NT, but storage conditions will affect toning.
