This is a hard-cover book published in 1961 containing 52 articles from The Numismatist magazine. The subtitle "Modern Foreign Currency" is a bit misleading, as the articles range from the 1500s to the 1900s, and pertain primarily to coins, not paper money. Excellent condition, gold stampings a bit faded after 50 years, no cuts or creases noted. Non-smoker copy.
