1961 D Doubled?

    Ok need help on another one! This one shows doubling that does not appear to be flat and shelf like on the obverse (strongest at lips)and shows what looks like to me a doubled eyelid too the East but maybe I'm reaching there! Couldn't match any die markers as there are not alot on the 61variety!     When ever a coin's doubling just abruptly stops it is mechanically assisted.

    Thanks you , I just noticed it was on the back side of head also and wasn't sure if that was possible!
