1961 5c date?

    I came across this 1961 5c Jefferson and wondering if the last digit of date looks misaligned. Any information is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Kevin, just wanted to make sure because my eyesight is shot...lol
    Figured there is no way possible unless it was hit or squeezed in a vice.

    I don’t think it’s the best idea to look very hard for errors... If it is obvious or a key date, I don’t bother. Good luck though!

    The position of the last "1" is the same as the first "1". What may be confusing you is the way the top of the "6" appears to be higher. ~ Chris
