    ok, so its not PMD? then it was damaged after it left the mint. : ) But I certainly won't argue with ya on this. Or we could call it PLD for Pre Linda Damage. Meaning it was damaged before you got it. Ya, that must be it.

    The only error here would be thinking that this coin is a mint error. ;)

    Why did someone do this? Who knows.
