1960D Small Date RPM - Is there something going on with the date?

    For your viewing pleasure is a BU small date 1960D RPM cent I found while roll searching. Also, is there something going on with the numbers in the date or do they just come that way?

    Nice find, Dave. The digits im the date appear the way they do due to retouching/engraving of the small date for that year.
