I have this coin in my inherited collection, and I honestly am not sure what the error actually is. If anyone could help me out and help me understand more, it'd be highly appreciated.
It does appear to be a RPM but there are over a hundred for that year/mint and most are very minor. Sharper photos with even lighting would help a lot.
Yes, it does look like an RPM (repunched mintmark). A better, close-up picture taken under bright light would help.

Yep that's a RPM but it doesn't have much value to it. BU examples of this coin sell for around $10-30
Nice starter collection , thank you for sharing you new found lot. If the coins you bought make you happy, then they are worth much more then your investment . You seem quite excited , and good for you that's what this is about , liking and being excited about your purchases. It does not get any better then that .. Dillan
