@jello are you sure thats a type B?
It's hard to tell from the pics but to me it looks like a normal reverse. The tail feathers and leaves don't look sharp enough to be a B and it's too hard to tell the spacing between the E and S of STATES.

I know. What I was saying is that it is hard to tell in the photos in the OP whether the spacing on that particular coin is correct for a type B.
