I'm pretty sure that there is a Die Chip on the letter "T" in the word Liberty.
I am not sure what is happening in Lincoln's forehead? Is that a Die crack? Yep, it's a die crack.

    Nice find.
Chips and cracks are quite common on late 50's early 60's Lincoln cents.

Looks more like a Lamination Crack to me.
    Not a Die Crack.

The connecting die crack going behind Lincolns ear and the one above in the hair. Those are called cracked skulls, The mid to late 50's and early 60's had many of them. Check to see if the upper crack in Lincolns hair goes thru the WE to the rim.

I agree with Ed, that the leading edge on the forehead looks more like a lamination issue. But there is also the raised ridge of a die crack on the trailing edge. The 2 hits on the temple/forehead look like butterfly stitches the way the light catches them.

The arrows in red show Die cracks that eren't uncommon on these years of Lincolns.
The Silver arrows do show what looks like a lamination, but they are all connected to an eventual IDB.

The coin appears to have 2 cracks. Here are 2 with similar cracks. I don't think a lamination would show up in the same place on two coins. But these may not be as similar to the OP coin as I think. 1960 P 2 Cracks A.jpg 1960 P 2 Cracks B.jpg

Die crack or lamination, it's one of those things that I would need to examine in-hand, not from a photo. I do lean towards lamination from what has been presented, not that that helps much.
