Ok guys its been awhile since my last post as I've been out of town and not much time for coins and trying to look a little closer before posts ! But looks to me to be a small date I found in a roll of 2018 Lincoln's, almost didn't open the roll ! Will post more pics after the pro thoughts !
I find Small Date 60-Ds to be much less common than large dates. Not that they are rare by any means.
Kurt I could not find a match on any of the trusted sites. Can you please explain why you think this one is common. No disrespect just curious. Thanks for your response also !
I've come to understand that FurryFrog02 but I trust you guys too scrutinize all photos and give your best professional opinion! (Sometimes we all have to read between the lines) I see some sort of doubling across the obverse that I am not able to match ! Which I believe I stated in a earlier response! Thanks again !
Because I own quite a few solid BU rolls of 1960-D cents and the small dates FAAAAAAAAAR outnumber the large. In fact, I rarely ever find large date Denvers.
But you said the small date outnumbered the large in your first response or maybe I'm not reading it rite !
No, you got it right. Have several hundred 1960-D BU cents and a small handful are LD. The VAST majority are SD.
That's nice but I thought it was the other way around from what I've read ! But that's why I turn to you guys . Thank you for the info!
