The thing between the 9 and 6 of the date is the beginning of a die crack, and the other stuff in the date is normal. You have a normal 1960D small date cent there.
Most all 1960 small dates D & P's have a lot going on. Most all 1960 small dates D & P's have a lot going on. These are common type marks in the date and often in Liberty there is all kind of marks and stuff - totally normal. But there are 1960-D LGDTS that have extra "D"'s above the date, over the date and everywhere - the 60-D Lincoln has the distinction of having more RPM's and other die varieties than any other cent in history! I sometimes think there must have been an open bar at the mint - it's incredible how many varieties came out that year.
