1960 d small date over large date

    large date. look at the 9 is higher than the first 1

    That's a large date 60D for starters.

    I am guessing machine doubling. wait for more experienced opinions on doubling...

    Machine doubling, The difference between the 2 types of '6' and '0' would be definite.
