    If you are talking about the 1, it looks like it took a hit as per the little piece of metal fragment right above it. However, it looks like a notched D on the mint mark so might be an RPM.

    Thanks Tommy, how about on the bottom of the 9. Anything going on there?

    It does not follow up the nine so I'd guess another hit there also. But I would check that possible RPM out. Looks can be deceiving, but if it is you still have a saver.
