Sorry, all I see is a bright, shiny cent that was struck with worn dies. Not doubled anywhere.

Looks normal to me but it’s in really good condition for it’s age.

There are more than just those 4 varietyvista examples.
You might have one listed on the briansvaritey site.
His list has over 50 listed for that date alone. If you have time, try to match what you see at the bottom of you D mint mark with one of his pics.
