I don't see it being that ddo. Looks to me the area in the throat section on your coin is flat and shelf like. Machine doubling. Unfortunately

 

And if you notice, the ddo from wexlers goes beyond the throat, into the chin. Yours only shows doubling in the throat

 

I own one of these .

The coin has a mix of Wexler ddo's, being a small date, the mint mark, scratches ne/sw of bust, and the interior of the six and nine.
