Notice the doubling is in the same direction on the MM as it is on the devices of the rest of the coin? This is MD or machine doubling. If it were a Doubled die the mm would not show doubling.
I can not make a determination due to the photos. I can look once and see something very interesting and possible, then again, and it is just too indistinct. Is there any friend who dabbles in closeup photography that can focus only on the date and mm sharply. In hand I could tell immediately, but with photos that are digitized for the forum , it is very difficult.But if not, label it and put it away until you have time. don't throw it in the cent bucket.
