Hi still looking and looking with eyes so very uneducated, matching every questionable piece with the photos on the net, not very successful but lots of fun. Ok here is the question, this 60 d penny is in really great shape and despite my very poor photo has quite a lot of luster (which my little USB micro never shows), would like to put it in a flip till I find a better one .... but as so often I find has this green crude on it, some are far worse. Can anything be done to get rid of that crud? Seems the black cloud of crud follows me, or just put up with it? How much does this affect the grading please?
Next looking at the mint mark, seems it goes awful thin at about the NE side of it. Compared this one to several others of the same date and mint, this one here is just so different.

Well thank you so very much, how interesting and book marked the site as well, thank you again. SO, even with the crud, is it worthwhile putting in a slip and keeping, yes I know the coin is worth less than the slip but ... ? please.
